We aim to resolve all complaints in 72 hours or less from the time we receive them. However, some issues are more complex to resolve and may take up to 28 days.

If you’re still not happy, after we have done everything we can, you have the right to take your complaint to an Ombudsman who handles disputes between communications companies and consumers.

In order to make a complaint to the Ombudsman, you must first make every reasonable effort to allow us to resolve the issue. Please contact us to obtain the details of the Ombudsman.
