You can block premium numbers on your phone and still make calls to premium numbers using RightCall as we bypass your network provider to connect your call to premium numbers.
You cannot use RightCall if there is no mobile network. Low signal may cause poor quality of calls as use of the app is dependent on the strength of the reception from your mobile network.
It's really simple to add a contact as one of your favourites. If you call your mum frequently, simply add her number from the RightCall contact list. You can also add favourites from your call list.
No. You can use the RightCall service from any phone. However, you need a smartphone to use the RightCall app.
No. We use your mobile network and there's no extra cost for this. However, if your device is connected to the internet then we will use it to setup the call which uses an extremely small amount of your data but the call connection time is much quicker.
Yes. You can still use RightCall if you do not have inclusive minutes.

Yes. You can log into your account via the web and view the call status of every call you've made.
Premium-rate telephone numbers, also known as service numbers, are usually dialled to access service companies such as your energy provider or special services such as TV voting lines. They usually begin with 084, 087, 09 and 118. Calls to these numbers are usually charged at a higher rate, part of which goes to the company the service number belongs to. You're able to use the local 0203 access numbers which will be taken from your bundle by your network provider.
Rate Finder is a service accessible through the app that allows you to see how much the call will cost you per minute before you make the call. You can compare the call rates with your mobile providers before you decide to make the call. We're honest about where your money is going when you make calls.
After choosing whether you're a pay-as-you-go or pay monthly user, and entering a few of your personal details, you'll be able to add credit from your debit or credit card or by using PayPal's payment gateway. Any subsequent top-ups will be done in the same fashion.
Your call credit will expire in 12 months.
Absolutely - because we take away the extra costs that mobile networks tend to charge, we will try to be cheaper than the rest. We're very serious about this. Try it to see.
Emergency Credit' is a £1 credit balance we will give to you if you run out of credit. It's crucial for when you're low on balance but forget to check or for when you need to call home to urgently speak to your loved ones.
You are charged on a per-minute basis, but only after the other party answers. You will not be charged if they don't.
We automatically select a freephone number on the app to make your RightCall calls which are free from any UK network provider. However, you can use a local access number if you have inclusive bundle minutes.
There are several reasons why your cards might be rejected. Please check if your RightCall profile address is up-to-date as well as making sure other personal information is entered correctly. If you think everything is okay, then contact our customer service, they'll sort the issue for you.

No. You are only charged if the call is connected.
If you're not happy with us, you can have your balance refunded. It's only fair after all. Conditions apply.
This shouldn't happen. But, of course mistakes happen. If you find this to be the case, please call our customer services team and they'll be happy to refund you. Absolutely not! That is why our service now exists - to make sure you are NEVER charged anything other than the cost for the call itself. That is our promise to you.
£5 is the minimum and £20 is the maximum.
When you sign up your account, we will ask you for your phone number, email address, mobile operator and whether you're a pay-as-you-go or pay monthly user. When you add credit then your billing address is required.
Yes. Although we are re-routing calls through the phone operators we are partnered with, this will not affect the transparency of who is calling when you make a call.
There will be no advertisements with your use of the app.
